It was our first time in Prčanj, and we absolutely loved it! The host welcomed us personally, handed over the keys, and explained everything — she was incredibly kind and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the house was and how thoughtfully everything was arranged: there were all the necessary toiletries, a hairdryer, and when I asked for an iron, the host provided it right away. There were coffee capsules for the machine — even decaf — as well as tea and water. She also left us a cheese platter, which was absolutely delicious! The house is filled with natural light, and the windows overlook the sea. It’s very quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and we didn’t have any issues. I truly believe all of this is thanks to the wonderful host — she’s a fascinating person, very detail-oriented, always offering help and making sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed at Ruska Vila in Kotor as a big family, renting 3 apartments for 5 nights. For the price, it was a very good value — affordable, especially for such a large group. Our hosts, Ruska and her husband Zarco, were truly lovely people. Even though we didn’t share a common language, it was a wonderful chance to connect with another culture. They were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The apartments are not luxury and don’t have every facility, but they fully met our simple needs. For us, that was more than enough. The location is peaceful, close to the sea, and very nice for a relaxing stay. We are very happy with our experience and grateful to our hosts.

I didn't try the breakfast but the placement was fantastic, the view around is breathtaking. I traveled by car but I saw busses passing the hotel many taimes so to get to Kotor or Tivat by bus should not be a problem
