Beautiful, new accommodation. Everything is well done, the shower always has hot water and good pressure, which is rare on this island. And not to forget the amazing view from the terrace over the bay, the sunset was right outside our window! Also there is a nice and clean pool next to the apartment. Communication with the owner was pleasant, she was quick to respond to messages.

Louis was very kind, the communication perfect, key-handover and the whole organisation extremely uncomplicated. We were even allowed to stay in the apartment until the afternoon on the day of our departure, which we appreciated immensely.
The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Very helpful information provided in a guest information book

The studio was clean and spacious. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. And the location is perfect. It's in the centre of Marigot and close to everything. I definitely recommend this accommodation for both short term and long term stay in beautiful St Martin.

Has everything you need - wifi, comfort and safety. Staff were great, let me check in early and easily extended my stay. Also have luggage storage. The atrium/garden in the middle of the hotel is so cool and relaxing - be sure to check out the bookshelf downstairs.
