For us as a big family, the most important thing was that the place is spacious, very clean, and furnished with modern furniture. Lovely property! Really comfortable beds and great amenities in the room. The decor is lovely. Nice big bath tub and shower. Two pools, a gym and a massive open space with benches and hammocks to enjoy. Very clean. Love the fridge which has free soft drinks and water for guests. Everything you need is available. The staff are really friendly and helpful and are always available by WhatsApp. Perfect location too in the Imago mall where there are tons of nice restaurants and lots of shops. Quiet and peaceful once inside. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Kota Kinabalu and this is by far the best!

This villa is located directly at the beach with an amazing view. You have your own veranda, sun beds and a pool. Inside it is spacious, very clean and with a beautiful interior. Nathan our host was lovely, warm and welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed - be it laundry, a transportation, backbacks storage or recommendation for food or sightseeing. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We enjoyed it very much and can highly recommend it.
