Everything was perfect. I got upgraded to a double dorm bed with Seaview. It was very comfortable. The dorm also had AC. The view from the bed and living room was gorgeous! The main chill area is super comfy as well. All-day breakfast is a nice addition. Free drinking water and towels are provided. They had enough showers and toilets in separate cubicles. The location was in the city centre. Lots of information on tours and activities. In the evening, a lot of people came together to watch movies or chat. Spacious lockers in the dorms.

For us as a big family, the most important thing was that the place is spacious, very clean, and furnished with modern furniture. We had an excellent stay at this little gem in KK. The location is great and the facilities were everything we needed. The room was incredibly clean, the wifi was great, the amenities were 5 star. The team running this hybrid homestay/hotel were amazing and incredibly helpful and communicative. we would definitely stay again if we are ever back in KK.

Normally I don’t rate a stay a 10/10 (I travel often), but this time AJ residence proved that they deserve the 10/10. Firstly, the communication was perfect, they responded very quickly and I felt very welcome with their messages. The room was comfortable and very clean, I mean very very clean and not a bit of dust! Amenities was great and nothing was missing. The staff was very kind and they make sure you feel home, that’s their motto. The location was great, lots of shops, eateries, malls, nightmarkets nearby.
