The apartment was very spacious and there was everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bedrooms were lovely, we stayed here as a couple and my sister and it was really nice that she got to have the same size bedroom as my husband and I. The bedding and towels were very good quality. The kitchen was immaculate with every from a potato peeler to a microwave. The only issue was the frying pan was very burnt and unusable, guessing the owner didn’t know as maybe it hadn’t been reported.we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Modern on Malthus.

Clean Comfortable stay. Kids really enjoyed their sleep. Beds were perfect. Had everything we needed for our family, even had recommendations on their best fish and chips. Washer and dryer came in handy for the kids clothes.

The neighborhood itself is quiet and pleasant. Since it's not a bustling city, we were worried about where to eat, but the owner kindly explained the neighborhood to us, and we werer able to enjoy a delicious pizza. The convenience store closes early, so make sure to stock up on water and other supplies beforehand.

Nostalgic stay in an well renovated post office. They still have the old hooks for coats on the wall, lovely. The host Malyar was very helpful and friendly and really made us feel at home. Loved the windmill just across the street.

This was the most amazing little beach house. Plenty of space. 3 bedrooms plus a futon in a smaller office style room. Large lounge, great dining space plus a really well decked out kitchen. Very easy access for unloading vehicles. Great friendly hosts, really loved this wee place. Our family enjoyed our stay here. Lovely clean fresh home with excellent facilities

My family and I loved everything about our stay at this retreat. Was so homely, cosy, relaxed and child friendly. It has everything you need and thankyou so much Craig for our basket of goodies and Foxton fizz drinks. If only Foxton Fizz was sold all over New Zealand. When back in Foxton and house isn't booked we definitely will book back again. Thanks for having us.

We had a lovely stay, and will definitely be back. Clean and tidy, perfect for a small family as it has everything you need without a heap of 'stuff' that kids like to forage through....we like the minimalist design, which makes for any easy clean up. Easy stroll to the kids playground and Foxton beach. Amazing shower, nice and big and good comfy beds. This place is well set up.

Amazing place to stay, we stayed in a glamping tent which was suprisingly spacious, warm, and the sound of the sea close by just made it perfect, not to mention the rain on the canvas. Staff super helpful, accommodated request for late check-out, have already re booked to stay next weekend and taking the kids with us this time.

I loved the set of the furniture and how our host catered to our stay. We also found treats in the queen room which was delightful! The fire was a beautiful experience and also the outside decking area.I would definitely recommend a stay here!
