The host is the most friendly and warm welcoming person you will ever meet. She helped us a lot in planning our trips. Gave us wonderful, excellent, and accurate information, which was essential for our planning. Thank you. The room is excellent, you will find everything you need. The breakfast is amazing. There are so many good things! Wish we could stay longer. Make yourself a favour and book a stay at this accommodation. We will be returning there if we ever come back to NZ.

Everything. Carmen and Guy were amazing. We were meet when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Close enough to Rotoura (10 mins). 5 min walk to the lake and so much to do in the area. We love both Rotoura and Lake Okareka Oasis so stayed and additional.

It's a very well setup holiday park - attractively laid out with very good facilities in a very beautiful location right by the Blue Lake and still only 10 minutes from the centre of Rotorua. Stunning location with confident staff who, while being more than courteous and helpful, were also able to stop talking and to allow us to enjoy the Lodge and its amazing menu for each meal. The full moon rising over a nearby headline was an additional and exceptional feature. As the song goes, "Silence is golden" and the Tui's, Fantails and Ruru (Morepork) calls provided a natural symphony for our relaxing stay.
