The spacious apartment is in a very peaceful and quiet area. It was spotless with a comfortable bed, and everything we needed. The very friendly host kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier, and also came to greet us after we came back from our afternoon trip. She also provided clear instructions regarding finding the property which were very helpful. Although the apartment is below the main house, there are big windows to let in the light, and you have a view of a green pasture from the entrance. Apart from the provided breakfast items, there were also nice snack goodies which were very much appreciated! We had a lovely stay.

Quiet and very clean house Worthy of evey dollar of the price. Micheal and Winnie are very nice person. We visited their restrount twice with in 24hrs. will come back if visit around the place for sure. Good taste of Oppies food and house equipments and design. 24hrs hot water and strong showers. Laundry machine is also in the house.

This was a last minute booking as the hotel we had booked was terrible. The staff where fanatic, it was my wife's birthday and I happened to mention this in passing the staff brought us a bottle of wine the evening we checked in with a little birthday note. Then the following day they brought us a brownie with a candle and sang happy birthday!!!! This really made our day the staff went above and beyond. The hotel was very nice rooms where very nice and clean.

This was the best thing for our mental health and our marriage. So relaxing and private and quiet with the sounds of nature and bird song. Loved not hearing traffic and really feeling that difference between city and country. We enjoyed all the extra touches like the marshmallows and the hot water bottles. The outdoor bath was huge and incredible! It was awesome to be able to cook for ourselves and that fireplace was the best. The hosts were so friendly and informative and this was our best experience yet. Thank you so much

Such a lovely cottage that made our trip to Rotorua perfect! We’ve specially loved the time when we could bond with the animals a little bit, because you don’t often get an opportunity to just chill out with horses and ducks. Tracey was great to take the time to meet us and have a chat with us, and the facility itself is beautiful, cosy, and clean, which is just what you need for a short stay 😊
