A great space - immaculately clean and roomy with some nice personal touches. 'Proper' coffee available free of charge throughout stay - fridge, microwave Family live in adjoining property and go out of their way to show you a great time and were excellent hosts. For example, were able to source me a bike to visit the wooden monasteries. They were always prompt polite and accurate with their communications and guidance as to how to make the most of my stay.

I liked the City Rooms hotel's location and proximity to everything a visitor needs. My assigned room was a luxurious experience. The staff was friendly and attentive (also, there was Anka who worked at the restaurant below the hotel). The hotel management was very responsive and allowed an early check in free of charge. The Internet was fast. My room was warm too (I stayed in early spring (March 30, 2023)).
