Location was fantastic, room was large clean and comfy. Mini fridge was a bonus and the little Schnapps gift was a delight. Martin was friendly and efficient and very helpful recommending places to eat. Breakfast was a self help buffet with absolutely everything you desired. Lovely place..Will easily recommend Ingrid

I have to say, that this stay was really the best one I ever experience! Perfect location (in the center) so you have all the restaurants, ice cream shops etc. really close. The rivers are really close. What was our best experience? the owners were really great and helpful with everything. They provide us with great POI, guide us on where to go swimming etc. Looking forward to go back! Best Stay in Slovenia

Everything was perfect. Host are very welcoming, warm and friendly. They welcomed us with homemade rakija and juice. In the morning they prepared delicious pancakes. Accomodation was very comfartable and clean. Everything looks more beautiful then in photos. We highly recommend this accomodation to everyone ♥️

The hosts were fantastic. Met us within a couple of mins of arrival. Showed us around the property which is perfect. Very modern, clean and comfortable. All the facilities you need and more. A great outside area which you can utilise to eat, relax and admire the views. Beautiful walks and waterfalls just minutes from the accommodation. They even offered to come the next morning and cook a traditional Slovenian breakfast for a small few, which was very much worth it.

We would definitely recommend this place. Everyone is very kind and helpful. I had a sunburn and the host immediately offered aftersun. He also had some tips and advice for activities nearby. We had dinner twice here (typical Slovenian meals for a very good price), which was really good. Also breakfast was amazing. Ingredients fresh from their farm, their home made cheese is really the best. It's a remote location but also a beautiful place to come to rest. We really want to thank Aljosa and his family for their hospitality! We hope we'll have a chance to come back in the future.

Nice location in the center of Kobarid, enough space for parking and well equipped common kitchen. Last but not least -Jernej is really a super host, not only did he prepare us excellent breakfast, but he also allowed us to leave our car at the hotel parking lot for two days between our single stays.

the owner couldn’t have been nicer ! we arrived very late ( beware of travel times suggested if using booking.com as a guide which seem to use the “as the crow flies” times ) but greeted with welcome . The appt we had was spotless , spacious and had everything we needed . only there for 2 nights so didn’t really use the amazing out food kitchen or the hot tub . loved the location . would happily recommend !
