I absolutely LOVED Goodthing Hotel! I love that it’s a boutique hotel with just a couple of rooms, so unique and special. The room was huge and so nicely decorated. Location is also perfect, right at the center of Fisherman’s Village. Not to mention the ladies at the cafe, so nice and so welcoming! Wish I could extend my stay! Would recommend without a doubt :)

What can I say… it is exceptional. It is like staying at your billionaire friends house and all the staff is available for you 24/7. The design of the hotel is an experience in itself! It is not a crowded hotel and if you expect a lively vibe and people hanging in a hotel bar this is not the place. At least not when we were there. We didn’t leave the hotel once we got there and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We had breakfast lunch and dinner there throughout our stay and it was all really nice. Very private. We stayed in a room where the aircon was quite noisy and we mentioned it and they immediately arranged a different room so we got to try 2 different rooms. Gym was good Pool was nice - small but nice. View from the rooms is stunning. Rooms are fascinatingly beautifully built. The beach is not a sandy beach. There are rocks so it’s not the best place swim in the sea. See this place as you visiting a friends house (Willy Wonka’s summer residence) and not a hotel. We were treated like royals. So thank you Muki for having us in your hotel - you did a beautiful job building and designing it.

This was a fabulous place to stay. I got upgraded for my 2 & 3rd nights. I had an awesome view from my livingroom. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Stainless steel pots not aluminum! The artwork decorating the apartment was Excellent! It felt like a home and I wanted to stay longer. I will return here the next time Im in Samui. The staff were warm and gracious. The owner came and met me and was inviting.
