The hotel is gorgeous. The location is perfect, near markets, shops, laundrys, but far from noises and confusion. The breakfast is superb and the kids club is amazing (lots of games, toys, amenities and very very clean). The is beautiful and the kids pool is so much fun. Room service super fast and delicious.

This hotel is punching above its star rating - everything feels like a true 5 star boutique establishment. The location is very convenient. Get the better rooms which are higher up and opt for the yard-facing room with a balcony - it is worth it (you still get a city view, and they are calmer). The pool is great and the courtyard is lush and calm. The rooms have all facilities, are of excellent quality and have good aircon, showers and baths. The staff are all very helpful. The breakfast is excellent - go for the thai options, forget trying the western food options.

The staff were excellent and genuinely try their best to make sure we had a good time. Any issues they will immediately come to help us and very helpful from the moment we arrive to the hotel. Location is close to central, the hotel also has transfers at 6pm free of charge for residents to popular locations based on the day. Breakfast is excellent, they even provide a service making fresh omlette or fried egg and bake fresh roti in the morning in addition to an international cuisine. I am very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay . All the girls at the Reception were so lovely , doing every bit to make your stay comfortable and help you with everything. Booked a Scooter through them and it was perfect. The Laundry at the Hotel was one of the best i ever had in Thailand , clean and fresh with lovely smell. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable.

The hotel has a good feel to it. They make you feel part of "The Crew" by posting friendly slogans against the walls. The free coffee machine is a big plus! The pool is stunning! (But cold) The rooms are squeaky clean, with comfortable bedding and pillows. We had to leave very early to cath a flight, so could not enjoy the breakfast, but the hotel packed a take away croissant in for us for the road. All and all, a very good experience!
