The breakfast was very good, a great selection of fruit, cereal, cheese and then eggs of your choice to follow. Location is close to supermarkets, to the beach and also easy to catch a taxi. Rooms have facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee and restaurant on site allows you to have a delicious and nutritious meal served by friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend Sunset Inn by Pro-Ema as an excellent choice for a hotel to stay at in Dili.

Best value for the price you get in Dili. Don't expect Western standard, but it is quite good for Timor-Leste. A little bit outside the city center, but close to Microlet lines that take you to all the highlights of Dili. Very friendly staff and you can buy coffee and snacks. In the end, we stayed longer than planned...

A wonderful staff who are kind and welcoming made my short stay here all the better. The airport transfer coming and going was spot on. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. I especially liked the banana fritters and the coffee. The evening meals were well prepared, or if you want something quick, there are all sorts of food choices in the mall below or just outside. My room was super comfortable and quiet. Good bed. WiFi was better than I had expected—at times a bit slow but definitely functional. Would happily stay here again.

The accomodation was clean, cool, and comfortable. The hospitality offered by our host was exceptional, going above and beyond to help us settle in to our stay. Incredibly helpful.

Excellent location, given the current conditions of other accommodation suppliers at the same range in Dili, Timor Hotel is pretty good! The stay was so comfortable. Breakfast offers quite limited options but fresh and with good hygiene.

Considering Timor Leste's standards, this hostel is a very reasonable choice. It's definitely not the most comfortable accommodation, but it is quite cheap compared to other options in the city, and above everything else the people working there are very helpful: they clearly went out of their way to help me out with whatever issue I had. This hostel absolutely feels like the place where a backpacker should stay in Dili.

I booked this place because of the price (accommodation in Timor-Leste is quite expensive, and this place only cost me $20 a night). The AC worked very well, it was equipped with a fridge, and there was always hot water in the bathroom. In one of the rooms I stayed in, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Excellent hotel for a stay in Dili. Good quality accomodation with everything you need and a beautiful swimming pool in great surrounds. Plentiful breakfast and the restsurant/ cafe served us a tasty lunch and the cafe food and drink area at the front was great for when we met with friends. Try the Portugese tarts. Free shuttle to the airport was useful.

Compared to other hotels and accommodation in the area, for the price this place is quite good. The staff are quite nice and although they can't really speak English, we managed to communicate with them well. We were also able to leave our bags when we left for Atauro. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower worked great and towels are provided. Beds are comfortable. Fridge provided in the room too, and the aircon works perfectly! All in all, would definitely stay again but there's room for improvement.

This is the cheapest option in Dili, and by standards of accommodation in the area is good value. The host is friendly and helpful. There is actually some WiFi at reception which is rare here. Location is good. Room is quiet and dark to sleep at night. Despite all the issues we would probably end up staying here again just because everything else is so unaffordable. But we would also probably just not come back to this city until better accomodation was available at our price point.
