Staff was very accommodating. Plans changed and they able to get us a room for a second night. I needed to change from 2 to the room to 3 and needed to change rooms from king to 2 beds. They took care of everything while I was at the hospital with a sick husband. Thank you to the staff! Great job!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Our first evening included a lovely buffet-style dinner, which was a great way to start our stay. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable, and having access to snacks throughout the day was a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it easy for us to get around and explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Room wasn’t ready by check in time, not estimated time, but was told it would be ready at check in. Staff had no accommodations for not having the room ready. When we got into the room, door handles were loose and even the one in the bathroom fell off.. could have injured someone. Window blinds wouldn’t work.. worst experience by far.
