His approach truly turned our experience around, and we appreciate his outstanding support. We also loved the M Club, the coffee stations, and the relaxing spaces around the hotel. It was our first time staying here, and although we encountered a minor issue, the level of service and hospitality definitely makes us want to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a classy stay in the heart of Dubai.
