Our host didn't speak English and Google translate into Albanian didn't work well either. So there was a language barrier but it was fun. Our host called his daughter, who speaks very good English, so we worked out what we needed. We were lucky to be able to stay at this guesthouse because our hosts looked after us so nicely and we really appreciated their hospitality. We really enjoyed delicious dinner and breakfast as we sat on the balcony and watched the beautiful mountain scenery and pets running around in the backyard.

It’s not cheaper than other places but it’s within the facilities and it’s very tasty. - Water pressure was great (the toilet floor gets wet everywhere but it’s a common thing in Albania…)

Approximately half an hour walk to the start of the hike to Theth, or it is also possible to take a taxi. The room was very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was delicious and filling. We also had dinner at the guesthouse for extra cost which was good value
