It's been a while since we've been to the coast and I'm glad we stayed at the Encore. The receptionist was fantastic, informative and helped us with parking. The room was super clean, spacious and inviting. We felt safe. We had enough towels and pool towels for our stay, there were extra pillows if we needed them - which seems small but really makes all the difference. The pool, spa and sauna were gorgeous and a family favourite. There was construction across the road but we heard none of it. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for taking such great care of my family!

Firstly, you can’t get past how stunning this place is. The property is well maintained and our room was extremely clean. The location is also fantastic, walking distance to Burleigh and a short drive from everywhere else. The staff were friendly and helpful. On our first night there was a a salsa event which was so fun! The pool is one of the best I have experienced. The vibes are just all round amazing here.

Die Kommunikation war super und wir haben sehr geschätzt, dass wir informiert wurden, sobald das Apartment frei war. Wir waren früher vor Ort als geplant und durften sogar etwas früher einchecken, damit wir die Parkgebühren nicht doppelt bezahlen mussten. Das Apartment war super sauber, schön eingerichtet und einfach perfekt!
