Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

This made it incredibly convenient to explore the town and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The building exudes comfort, with well-appointed rooms. Overall, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bansko was fantastic.
