There is secured private parking with enough spaces (we were there on a busy holiday night and it was perfectly fine). The staff are helpful and polite. Reception is tended 24/7. The room was perfect: stylish, clean and comfy, very spacious. There are thick curtains blocking out the morning light, which is great for light sleepers. Halls and common areas are well kempt. There is a lift but stairs are also accessible. We would definitely be staying there again.

This apartment features free private parking, private check-in and check-out and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The apartment was just the right size, had everything you could ask for, wifi was good, kitchen was great.

Opening to balconies with mountain or forest views, each elegantly decorated unit at the hotel includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, minibar and safety box. All units include a private bathroom with free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. Not my first nor my last time here. The SPA is great, and the 15 min 90-degree sauna + the 10 min Igloo combo is my favorite! The facilities are clear and functional. Outside pool with warm water overlooking the snowy mountains is one of my favorite spots as well! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the bar has all you need in terms of drinks! I recommend!

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

The hotel offers its guests a variety of services and amenities necessary for a fulfilling vacation. I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine.

The staff were very welcoming and our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly quiet at night. We truly appreciated the upgrade to our room — thank you for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of Bansko, making it easy to explore. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!
