The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Everything is new and in supreme condition. Staff helpful and friendly. We also made use of the free public transport option, and enjoyed the doscounted parking. Great and varied breakfast with all the usuals including pancakes, fruit and vegetables. Sound insulation was great for such a central location. We were sure we were more or less alone until we came down to breakfast to see there were a lot of other guests. A real hidden gem, would absolutely come here again.

The auberge is wonderful, has everything you need, the staff is very nice and try to help in everything you ask. The place is beautiful. The food in the restaurant is the best I had in a long time and the breakfast was simple but realy tasty, all very good ingredientes.

Where do I start? I mean this has been one of the best bookings we have had during our one month long trip through Europe. Beautiful place, super clean, amazing beds, well located. 1000% worth it. But what was most incredible, were the hosts. We had an issue with our luggage after leaving and they went above and beyond to help us resolved this issue successfully. The hosts were extremely welcoming, I've never experienced anything like it. It felt like you were staying in your own chalet with friends and family and they offered freshly cooked meals and breakfast. If you are a couple planning a few quiet days in the Swiss mountains, this is definitely the place to go, no doubt about it!

The room was clean and spaceous, comfortable bed, free water/tee...Just as it should be! It was a pleausure to stay here and the perfect stop on my way south. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is lovely and served. Thank you for a pleasant stay, I will come again!
