The staff were amazing and kind. The room was perfect and clean. I wished we could've stayed longer.

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. One of the rooms we booked was beyond out expectations but the other was quite small and had a slanted ceiling and we kept hitting our heads..

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Excellent location and great staff! Enjoyed our stay and totally worth it. Fantastic view from our room, sat down in the balcony to stare at Matterhorn for hours. Great spread of breakfast to start your day! If you are in Zermatt, this is the place you should stay!

Wireless internet is available free of charge in the entire hotel residence. The hotel was great , very traditional and comfortable décor . it was actually better than expected as the photos don't really do it justice , especially the pool etc . we had a great view of Zermatt from our 3rd floor balcony . breakfast was also great .

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Everything was excellent, they upgraded us free of charge.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The woman who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was simply very wonderful. Regrets I do not remember her name. Each coming and going she was there with a smile. Answered all our questions. 5 stars! The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our 9 day journey- We stayed at a total of 4 hotels. The food was plentiful, well prepared and lots of options. We did have a very nice view of the Matterhorn, Room 502, I believe. The TV was on when we entered with a welcoming remark and then a video of a crackling fireplace. Perfect. Best of all was the employee at the check desk.

My room was really nice with a balcony and wonderful view. Had a great relaxing time. It was a short stay and wished it could be longer. Recommended!
