Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Very comfortable room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony and windows. The location on the outskirts of town near the cable car station was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. This is the second time we have stayed here. Good spacious rooms, friendly staff and good continental breakfast.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Definitely recommended! The room is clean and comfortable, with all the equipment. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the train station, and it is also very close to the bridge where can perfectly take pictures of Matterhorn. The shuttle bus arranged upon arrival and departure also brings a lot of convenience. The most unforgettable thing for me is every staff at the reception. They are friendly, helpful and take care of me like family. My four days stay here was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Zermatt!

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool.

Wireless internet is available free of charge in the entire hotel residence. Excellent. Highly recommend to anyone who loves the mountains. Highest quality standards in everything. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The staff speaks several languages. The view from our balcony to the north was enchanting. Mountains, goats, helicopters, paragliders, and sunrises. Quiet. No noise. Nothing disturbed our sleep. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant cheese list. Indeed, not every five-star hotel will have such quality breakfasts. Amazing heated pool, various saunas, hydromassage. Spacious, comfortable room. Cleaning every day. It is really useful to have a full mini kitchen where you can have a snack in the evening before going to bed. Central location. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and other transport links to visit all the beauties of the resort. We were enchanted. Thank you to all the staff of Arca Solebad and Spa. This is the best place in Zermatt.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Great hotel with great coustemer service. Staff were very helpfull and do every thing to help us. Spa including julean hotel spa were superb. Great value of money.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. My room was opposite side of the Matterhorn and could not see it from the room, but I could see nice view of Zermatt town from the terrace. And the hotel is located in front of the best spot to see Matter-Horn so you can enjoy the view of Matterhorn just a few steps out from the hotel. The room was also clean and cozy.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the top reasons to stay here.
