The room was clean and the location was very nice in the business area of Shanghai close to the Pearl Tower.

Free Wi-Fi is available. Fantastic place! Amenities are 11 out of 10 ;) Very comfortable, well-appointed rooms, friendly English-speaking staff, and a delicious breakfasts. The location is very convenient. I definitely recommend it.

In addition, we enjoyed a free city tour offered by the hotel. I recommend it. Special thanks to our guide, Ms. Xiao He, she was really helpful. Also to Mr. Johnson, who helped us with communication in English and with booking the shuttle to the airport, also a free service offered by the hotel.

I really liked the modern bathroom and room amenities. The check in and check out were also very fast and convenient. Also the ability to takę the luggage trolley from the terminal to the room floor.

The location was perfect, quiet neighbourhood with restaurants, small fresh fruit store and in the same time walking distance to The Bund. The most important factor was English customer service. They were not only focused on hotel services but also helped us a lot with travellers challenges in China, which was far beyond their duties. Special appreciation to Jeroen from front desk. The rooms were comfy, modern style, very clean, including bathroom. Air-conditioning was easy to control, adjusted to our preferences. The breakfasts were variable, with selection of European and Asian options, great for a active sightseeing day. Our recommendation is to choose taxi services from airport to hotel for your comfort, it is offered in a good price
