The owner researched chargers and offered to go out and buy me one so it was ready for my arrival as I would arrive in the evening and had to work early the next day. It is fantastic value in a great location. Breakfast was lovely with the rooftop view.

Nice cabins (just like in the pictures), friendly staff, room service for any meal you want to have in your room. We had the family cabin with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (which we didn’t expect). You can rent jetskis (order upfront as they bring it from somewhere else but it was there for us within 10 minutes). Don’t hesitate to go to Guatapé though to spend time in the village and on the water. It’s so worth it!

The breakfast was DELICIOUS!! The location is just perfect, close to everything, safe neighborhood and very nice restaurants on walking distance. And the staff, the staff is the best thing this hotel has! Jhon was particularly nice to us and we appreciated all the help we got from everyone.

Superb view of the mountains from the room, balcony, and outside the room. The bed was huge. Everything was very comfortable, super clean and gorgeous.
