Nice pools, although not for swimming, also the area surrounding them. Tasty and variety of food on breakfast. Nice location-close to the town centre and some nice restaurants and shops. Also, good for looking at the volcano (when not in clouds). Nice option for using hot natural water facilities in a partnering hotel. Helpful, polite staff. Excellent value for money.
