The hosts and staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and welcoming! the room was clean and comfortable. Do not take note to previous reviews about no hot water! The shower was hot!! The breakfast was served at our table and there was plenty of variety. We will be back!

Our host organized the trasport from and to Porto Novo. Amelia prepares a wonderful breakfast. The place is great, it is full of history, it is beautifully decorated with vintage furniture that belonged to the family, Evandro will tell you the history if you ask. The bed is confortable, the place is spotless clean. The sunsets at the terrace are amazing, as well as gazing at the starts in the evening before bedtime. I strongly recommend this place to stay, and I will come back.

Guillaume arranged our transfers from/to ferry, early breakfast before our departure and had recommendations ready for restaurants, tours and activities, maps and books on the area and Cape Verde were available. We appreciated the care taken to conserve water and energy, reduce waste. Bonus: the best restaurant in town, Caleta is couple of minutes away.
