The bed was incredible. It’s very close to the ferry and close to everything downtown! The room was super clean.

All rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a safety deposit box. Gorgeous property and wonderful host. A bit out of town 7 min walk but the view and the quiet are so worth the walk.

He was extremely communicative, making sure all my needs were met. The Apartment was lovely. It was spacious, airy and quite large, a duplex with the bedroom and lavatory on the 2nd floor and a full kitchen, siting area and a patio. It was easy to access the town center once I gave it a go. My time spent was super. I highly recommend considering staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz. Thank you again Walter for all your amazing service and help!!
