I have stayed in this guesthouse for four days and it was awesome. The guesthouse is new, clean, close to the ferry and easy to find, with superb view. By the way, location is 10 of 10 comparing other guesthouses. The breakfast was big and tasty, they even prepared for me takeaway because of the early flight. This was the 4th hotel I tried in Egypt in just 10 days, and honestly, it was the only one that matched exactly what was promised on Booking. The manager, Sheriff, really seems to love what he does...and you can feel it in every little detail around the place. The hotel itself is so well thought out. My room was beautiful, with an amazing view of the Nile and the Nubian village. During the day, you can watch the boats drifting by, and at night, the lights of the village give off such a peaceful, magical vibe. It’s located on a small island, which makes it super calm and relaxing. There’s even a little farm! It’s eco-friendly, pet-friendly, and Zaazouaa (the sweetest welcome committee ever) greets every guest as they arrive.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 11 km from Nubian Museum. The accommodation provides luggage storage space, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. It’s 10/10 for everything. Bahya was helpful and very attentive. He helped us arranged some bookings and provided us with all the information we needed. One morning we had to go to Abu Simbel at 4am. By the time we woke up, 4 breakfast boxes were placed neatly in the little fridge in the kitchen. Thank you for that. Shame on me that I forgot to give the tip I mentioned to Bahya the last morning before we left as we left too early for a long drive to Siwa that day and Bahya wasn’t there when we left. I hope when I have a chance to come back Aswan and stay here again, Bahya is still around so I can give him what I was supposed to.
