Das Hotel bietet eine Lage am Strand, einen großen Lagunenpool und eine luxuriöse 5-Sterne-Unterkunft im Herzen von Port Ghalib in Ägypten. Die Angestellten und das essen sind ganz besonders. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden sicher nochmal kommen!

Die Unterkunft JAZ Elite Riviera bietet einen Außenpool, einen Garten, ein Restaurant und eine Bar in Marsa Alam. The resort is truly great: impressive beach, cleanliness, excellent food in every restaurant, excellent and friendly service everywhere. It is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and big terraces, lovely pools, gardens with palms and gorgeous flowers. We enjoyed every moment and every corner. Also, you can use the a la carte restaurants od other two Jaz hotels in Marsa Mubarak (Amara and Costa Mares). We would comeback for sure and recommend Jaz Elite Rivera to everyone.

Food, staff, heating swimming pools,spa aquapark were great, we asked for a baby bed and it was there when we asked for it. We were in front of infinity pool with beach view. The music was a bit loud in the afternoon during the activity but it did not bother us. If you want complete silence , ask a room close to the diving center, however you will have to walk a bit more to go to the restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel .

It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Die Unterkunft La Casa Guest House ist direkt am Strand gelegen in Marsa Alam. Diese Unterkunft besticht durch einen Zimmerservice und bietet Gästen außerdem eine Terrasse. The host helped us a lot solving an issue related to the transfer service we booked with another company; he just handled and fixed it. Good staff, valuable information about activities, stores and restaurants.
