We were even offered a free upgrade, along with a lovely fruit basket and cookies in the room. What really stood out was the outstanding service, especially from Mr. Alaa and Mr. Mohamed Khaled at the reception. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Their efforts truly made a difference thank you!

First of all i want to honor and thank Mr. Ahmed Galal during my whole stay. He did everything to make my stay comfortable. He picked the best Room in Cleopatra Sidi Heneish in my view at beachfront. Next to all the facilities like the beach infront of your room with an open awesome view, swimming pool a few steps aways and the snack restaurant in the corner. With the good Golf car service they arranged for us we were able and easily to be brought to the main restaurant and back that was located near the reception. Also he arranged for us a special dinner at the Italian reataurant what was delicious! The aftercare from Mr. Ahmed Galal was something unique and also let us make us a late checkout. The cristal clear seawater and sandy beaches was amazing in the resort, i havn’t seen before in the North coast. It was the best in my opinion. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Die Unterkunft Al-Manara Hostel Siwa Oasis bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Siwa. Ich habe mich selten so wohl in einem Hostel gefühlt, wie in diesem. Da hat für mich einfach alles gestimmt. Es ist ein kleines Hostel mit nur 4 Zimmern - dadurch herrschte eher eine familiäre Atmosphäre, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Am Abend hat man gemütlich zusammengesessen, gemeinsam gegessen und Karten gespielt. In der Umgebung kann man viel erkunden, sodass man durchaus länger verweilen kann - Abdalla ist gerne beim Organisieren behilflich.
