We would definitely stay here again if returning to Bilbao. The coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and there’s a wonderful bakery just a few doors down for breakfast.

We were very happy with the facilities and helpfulness of the staff. There is a taxi stand just across the road, which is very convenient to travel to and form the airport. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in future.

The location is excellent for the Guggenheim, but it's also just a short walk to the old town or the funicular (a must do in my opinion). Plenty of shops and bars around as well.
