Villa du Loir is a beautifully restored b&b in an 18th century historical building on the bank of the river Loir at the edge of the old town center of la Flèche. Our room (overlooking the river) and bathroom (overlooking the garden) were very tastefully decorated, quite spacious, and very comfortable and clean indeed. Breakfast was well-served and delicious. Our kind and helpful hosts took very good care of us. Thank you very much Pinar and Oliver, what charming couple you are! Villa du Loir, the town of La Flèche and the nearby restaurant L’Idee Gourmand where we had dinner, will surely be on our itinerary again next year.

Very nice small house, clean, comfortable and right next to the river. It has everything you need for a stay of a couple of days. You can park right next to the house. We came to see the 24 hours of Le Mans and the location is the right compromise between distance to the circuit (if you have a car, it’s 40km), price and quality. The owner is very nice and always available if you need something.

Very close and easy walk to both abbeys. Clean and well equipped. Isabelle gave excellent and very clear instructions to enter and leave the property. I would recommend this accommodation highly and would stay again. It was very good value for money.

It’s well managed clean has everything you need. Excellent choice of games the children were very happy we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the facilities but am planning too in the future
