Excellent place to stay if you're going to Peak District. Breakfast was great!! Not just the normal buffet but we could order extra dishes, pancakes. The staff were very courteous and professional. The facilities were extremely clean.

The Annexe is a beautifully decorated and very comfortable apartment. It has everything you could wish for! A super comfortable bed, great shower and is incredibly clean. This is our favourite pub in Wirksworth, we had never stayed overnight before and we are very glad that we did. We stayed in the largest of the 3 rooms which we found to be beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with a lovely comfy bed and modern en-suite shower room. As usual the staff we met were so friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience.

The cottage is in an absolutely stunning location with fantastic views. Horses in the field next to the cottage. So peaceful and relaxing. Very comfortable bed. Cottage has everything you need. We will definitely come back. We had amazing sunny weather too.
