Das Hotel sehr sauber alles neue Personal sehr nett. Wenn sich um die Lage des Hotels handelt sehr nah zu Zentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Restaurants..Strand ca 600 m entfernt . Was uns gestört hat war das Verkehr und Lärm direkt unter dem Fenster ....direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein Motorradgeschäft und Werkstadt.

Weniger als 2,9 km von Strand Exo Gialos und 11 km von Hafen Santorin entfernt in Fira gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft Cycladic Suites & Spa Zimmer in Fira. The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. The pool area is great. The mattress was very comfortable. The host was awesome, they let us do late checkout.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist (Michaelis) who welcomed us on a rainy night with a big smile and helped to carry our luggage to the 1st floor:). The apartment is very smartly and tastefully designed with a functional kitchenette hidden in a cupboard in the living room. It is equipped with all you might need to make a simple meal like scrambled eggs for breakfast. There are even proper wine glasses which is not always the case in apart hotels. A Nespresso coffee machine with some complimentary coffee pods and even a proper (liquid) creamer were a surprise and a nice touch! Everything looks brand new - the facilities, towels & bed linen. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Perfect, quiet location, within walking distance to the center of Heraklion, bars & restaurants. Free parking opposite the building is a real bonus in that busy town! The price per night in March was excellent value for money. It's a fantastic place if you want to go on a city break to enjoy the nice restaurants and bars in town, that are open all year round. We were able to leave our car in the hotel car park for a few hours longer after we checked out, which was great and convenient. We'll definitely be back:)!

There are so many things about this hotel that are exceptional, but first and most of all are the people who work there. Such kindness, patience and catering is deserving of more than a 10. And this grade is because of them. Especially I would like to mention Liana who has done everything and beyond to make it a great stay for us. Furthermore, this hotel's location is perfect if you want to have a great relaxing get-away vacation. It connects straight onto a beach and is a short taxi ride to Rethymno core town, or you can have a 30minute stroll down the strand (all the way along the beach). As we expected from Greek cuisine, the food was fantastic, but what made it better was all the options we had during breakfast and dinner time - ranging from savory, both for meat lovers and vegans to sweet (those strawberry tarts were insanely good) a lot of variation every day. We were there for 10 days and never got bored with the food (actually gained some nice sea-vacation weight :D ) The hotel has a modern design, which might for some things be limiting, but it s nothing that the hotel's staff cannot take care for you, so you can have the best holiday stay! The catering is professional and amazing, from the hotel area to the double pool area and straight down to the beach. You can lie down comfortably in sunbeds, get your cocktails served directly to you and enjoy the sun and seaairwithout moving a finger, and have your perfectly deserved lazy vacation. Speaking of Sun, Rhetymno must have some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world - don't miss out on sitting at the beach in the evening, with a glass of vine at your side and enjoy the sun setting in. Even though the hotel itself is some way from both of the airports - hotel can organize a pick up/drop off ride for you or it is easy as well to book a taxi online with many respectible services.

Die Unterkunft Stay 365 Heraklion Apart Hotel ist in Iraklio, 1,3 km von Strand Amoudara und 2,7 km von Venezianische Festungsmauern entfernt gelegen und bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit... The support given by the reception, Mr. Petrus, who helped a lot to solve a critical situation relation with my car hiring. Additionally he also gave us precious hints for our staying in on Crete. Much appreciated.

Die Unterkunft Ray Hotel Corfu bietet ein Restaurant, eine Bar und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Pool und kontinentales Frühstück in Korfu-Stadt. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen wunderbar. Das Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer hervorragend.
