The location was excellent, you walk for 30 seconds and you are right on Dexa Beach. There are sunbeds there (6 of them) that are free for the people that are staying in these apartments . There is also a little canteen for coffee and staff, but it was closed in the morning (maybe because it is the middle of September though). It is 3 minutes by car from Vathy and 10 minutes from the port, but it is also kind of secluded and quiet. There is a private parking which was really important to us because we have a rather large car. The apartment had an amazing view from it's little balcony. Inside, it is equipped with everything it says it has. The room was cleaned every day and it had a very comfortable bed. It was also a lot bigger than we expected. It had two beds, a full dining table, a perfectly functional kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The staff was kind and accommodating. . All in all, one of the few places we've stayed that were actually better than what we thought from the photos. We would definitely love to visit again

Das Perantzada Hotel 1811 liegt am malerischen Hafen von Vathy auf der Insel Ithaka. Dieses Boutique-Hotel befindet sich in einem neoklassizistischen Gebäude aus dem 19. Nachdem wir zunächst in einem kleinen Zimmer nah am Eingang, das recht unruhig war, untergekommen waren, hatten wir netterweise nach 2 Nächten die Chance in ein größeres, ruhiges Zimmer umzuziehen. Vielen Dank! Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Terrasse.

Beautiful room within an old home - gorgeous bathroom and cute patio to relax with morning coffee.
