It is in excellent condition, both the bathroom and the room, which is of good size. The room has a refrigerator and a cattle - much appreciated. The staff are super friendly. The location is central in Blato, just a short drive from Vela Luka. The parking is along the street (sometimes busy as it is free) and just across the street (payable between 7 am and 8 pm, always available and not expensive - 1.2 EUR per hour or 12 EUR a day). A grocery shop is next door to the hotel. This accommodation is really good value for money. We were very happy. If you are looking for a hotel with a sea view, this is obviously not the place, but if you are exploring Korčula and you need a nice place to stay, at a super reasonable price at the peak of the season, this is it.

East check in with key card and you tube video supplied beforehand showing check in process. Parking space provided. Fab drinks at Pub Nordes and delicious wine and cheese platter at Lol Le. Highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, great views of the water, swimming holes close by and nice surprises with delicious cakes. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Hosts were very gracious and even gave us a bottle of their homemade wine! Lovely new apartment overlooking the sea, fully equipped with all essential cooking items and included a jar of cookies. Below the apartment are 2 very good restaurants that are highly recommended.

I stayed in this apartment for 16 nights and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is fully remodeled, and everything is brand new and very clean condition. The studio is very spacious with a dinning table, chairs and a sofa. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and big. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the market, restaurants and shops. Also, the Host is a very nice, polite, and a caring person, which made my stay very delightful. I highly recommend this studio!
