It is set 3.9 km from Tlogomas Recreation Park and offers a shared kitchen. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The communication with the staff was very good from the beginning. The staff ( Marcella) was very helpful during the checking process and also helped with the tour arrangements. The place is as shown in the pictures. The room was small but very clean and maintained well. The restaurant that was nearby was also good. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to all my friends.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park is 36 km away. The staff was very friendly. Lina and her husband are very friendly hosts. This accommodation is new and everything is clean. We had the cleanest toilet during our 4 weeks trip. The breakfast is amazing: we had pancakes with chocolate, fried eggs with toasts and fruits. We lived the location, very convenient if you go to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Goa Tetes, it's walking distance. Will definitely come here again.

A big plus is that Kak Roni and Kak Endah are so hospitable and caring. Really had a wonderful time here.

If you are planning to do the Bromo walking tour and other guests like to join, you share a car (and the cost of it)... or not if you prefer to go alone. We had the chance to share cars for the Bromo walking tour and for the Tumpak Sewu waterfall and could cut the cost and have a good time with fellow travellers. Rani and Oussama offer solutions for most of your travelling problems: transportation to Maison Manendra from Malang, Bromo Tour without other people around you, tour to Tumpak Sewu with a fantastic guide, taxi to Surabaya... and many more. Rani and Oussama travel a lot in and out of Indonesia and are well aware of what you need during your Java trip. If you are looking for luxury, it is not the place for you. As for myself, I got far more than I expected. Merci Rani et Oussama, c'était absolument super!

Clean, brand new rooms, most comfortable bed, large balcony overlooking a bamboo forest with the sounds of a rushing stream below. And even better, I cannot say enough good things about the owner!! Made us dinner even though the kitchen was closed after arriving late in the night, arranged an amazing and well priced Ljen tour for us, lent me Indonesian dollars when I had none left AND even drove me to the airport in his personal car when I was so late I would have missed my flight! He makes you feel like you’re at home. Stay here you won’t regret it!!

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, the facilities are beautiful and large, and most importantly, the beds are exceptional. Every bed is in their private walk-in box in which you can stand, plus you have space on the side of the bed to walk, you have a mirror and hangers in the box, light, powerplug, and it is decorated lovely. The bed is super comfortable. The hostel is also very quiet and people are respectful of quiet hours.
