The family who hosted us was very kind and helped arrange a local boat to take us to different beaches and snorkeling spots that were absolutely gorgeous (like manta point and pink beach). The host is a ranger at Komodo National Park and gave us a wonderful tour. It was very special to stay in the Muslim village on the sea and have a glimpse of life there. Everyone was very friendly and warm.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Komodo, near Pink Beach, Dua Putri Komodo Homestay features free WiFi, a terrace and a shared lounge. The accommodation offers luggage storage space and private check-in and check-out for guests. Very friendly guest. If you want to do the trips around Labuan Bajo, sleep here, because he cand arrange your transfer to Komodo + the touristic spots around. He is a ranger in the National Park, knows the spots. We saw 7 dragons. Food cooked by his wife very delicious. Free Wi-Fi also.
