Guests have spacious rooms and a stylish restaurant, 1 hours’ drive from Dublin. Such a comfortable room, loved the pool, loved the breakfast and all the staff were very helpful abd friendly. It was just the type of stay that we needed after a few stressful days of travelling in a foreign country.

A very pleasant stay. Staff helpful efficient and friendly. Food was excellent ,exceptional and this is not an exaggeration. We enjoyed a beautiful evening meal the chef is a genius. Nothing we did not stay cancelled the booking approx 1/2 hour after booking. Customer service person said that she would do what she coul to refund our accommodation payment. The place was dingy and not a place any senior citizen would stay in. We had to book accommodation in a hotel nearby. Not at all happy

The property was fitted with exactly what you need that you’d expect in a student accommodation i.e. cutlery, plates, pans, beds, TV, etc if you didn’t want to go out and fancied bringing in your own food to cook or takeout. I was thoroughly surprised that there were Wi-Fi which wasn’t something that was available when booking the stay. The location to Athlone town is less than 10 mins away by car and Lidl is situated next door to the accommodation which takes less than 5 mins to walk which is very convenient.

One of the best b&b we have stayed at. The owners and staff couldn’t do enough. The accommodation and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend, if we are ever to be in that area again we would definitely book the Arch b&b. Across from the b&b is a pub called the Dark Horse, excellent food.

Very nice accommodations. Quick stopover for us and wish we could have stayed longer to actually use the pool. The staff was so nice and the view from our room was beautiful.Short walk to various pubs and restaurants. We were there midweek and off-season so the town was quiet.
