She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. This is an amazing hotel, the staff are awesome, the place is so grand and steeped in history. The pool is a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. Breakfast was very tasty and well presented, the bar area is small but the place made you feel a million dollars. Highly reccomend!
