This is the 1st resort that matched my expectations as a vacation stay (10/10) — boutique resort with high-quality amenities, infra, interiors that feel luxurious, cozy and intimate. Right by the Ashvem beach, the atmosphere and beach view are unlike any I have seen. The staff is polite and helpful, Aarti (the host) is a sweetheart and goes out of her way to welcome you. The cafe serves great food paired with some or the other entertainment. You will feel like you’re in a completely different place, a bubble of sorts, that’s full of good, relaxing, thoughtful vibes. The room itself was well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was firm. I was provided free drinking water as well. They also kept a bowl of clean water at the entrance of my room so I could clean feet before entering. Highly recommended!

John was like an angel when we first arrived. We were traveling from Gokarna, and I had fever and was afraid it was denghe fever as I've had it twice before and it felt similar. John is a pharmacist and has a pharmacy opposite Villa cleto. He was so kind and helpful, and helped reassure us that it was nothing sinister like denghe and directed us to the local clinic for tests and indeed he was right. Villa cleto is perfectly located in the old latin quarter of Panjim, so full of traditional colonial character with great cafés and places to eat, shops and museums and places of interest. Overall Panjim is an absolute delight of a city too, so much to take in, so clean and so friendly and safe. Thank you John so much for your kindness and hospitality 🙏💚
