This was our first time staying in a smaller property. We liked the room as it was just like it would be in any five star just slightly smaller but did the job. The staff was amicable and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to drive from most restaurants and malls in Gurgaon. Great place to stay if not looking for a fancy lobby. Nutshell: clean, tidy, helpful staff, good chef, good breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Both my wife and myself were on a short vacation. We were welcomed by Ms.Urmila at reception desk. Despite a holiday rush she personally showed us the room and explained the features of the property. Since we were on navratri fast. Chef Girish (Dinner time) and Chef Vishal (breakfast time) personally came to our table to understand and served us with Navratri food as per our requirement.

The breakfast was awesome. The location is reachable and easy to find. Located near main road. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are very cordial and smiley especially Kanika and sweety at dining have good hospitality characters. Front desk is more comfortable at all times of enquiry. Overall stay at Double Tree at Gurugram was awesome and pleasant.Thank you for making our holidays memorable.
