Very well located, our studio room was walking distance to the old city, in a relatively quiet area. Michele met us at the secured indoor parking lot (near the property), a paid parking we were sure glad to have arranged prior to our arrival, as trying to find a parking on the street would have been a total nightmare. The studio was big and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was served in the common dining room (accessible to all the rented rooms). A nice lady was serving and helping with breakfast in the morning. The private rented rooms are on the 5th floor, and shared a common entrance and dining & sitting area. 2 elevators are available. Quiet place.

The building has a lift, the self check-in was easy as the staff contacted me prior to my arrival to make everything clear for me and they let me leave my luggage in the building after check out till my night train arrival. In short, it was a great place to stay.
