Dieses Hotel – gut gelegen im Bezirk San Lorenzo – befindet sich 900 m von Piazza della Signoria, 500 m von Kathedrale von Florenz und 200 m von Galleria dell'Accademia entfernt. I don’t usually leave reviews — only when something is either really disappointing or seriously impressive. This hotel? Definitely the latter. First of all, the location is unbeatable — you step out and you’re already in the heart of everything. Breakfasts deserve a special mention: absolutely delicious, with a variety and quality that truly exceeded my expectations. And then, the Prosecco — what a charming touch! A complimentary bottle was waiting for me in the room, and downstairs in the lobby, you can always pour yourself a glass (or three, or five…) whenever you feel like it. It’s the kind of little luxury that makes a stay feel special. Honestly, I’m trying to think of something negative to balance this out, but I really can’t. Everything was just… great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Das Abendessen im Sterne Restaurant war erstklassig!

We spent 14 days in like 5 hotels in different cities and this one was the one i liked the most. They have staff at the reception when we reached, the staff gave us a map and introduced us all places we needed to visit. He also introduced a couple of places to have breakfast nearby. It was very close to bus stations. The facilities were very modern, everything was very clean. It was amazing.

Everything was exceptional, making our stay a really wonderful experience. The staff were extremely nice with us throughout our stay, and they were like that with everyone. The reception was impeccable, valet as well. The parking was a bit on the expensive side, but it's right in the center of Florence. The room was perfect, cleaning of the rooms was perfect as well. Would definitely recommend and come back here. The location of the hotel is 5-10min walk to the most important places in Florence as well!!

Alles! Gibts echt nichts zu bemängeln… Lage ist top, Raum ist wundervoll und gross - wir hatten den direkten Zugang zum Innenhof/Garten. Die Ausstattung und Mobiliar, Einrichtung wundervoll. Das Personal mega zuvorkommend und freundlich. Frühstück gibts im Gran Cafe am San Marco Platz mit Voucher, wirklich lecker. Wir kommen wieder!

Very clean and newly renovated, located in the middle of everything but not noisy at night. The receptionist, Samuela is also very friendly and she gave us great recommendations on local favorite’s restaurants!
