Nice clean location overlooking the lake. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. I would come and stay here again. Short drive to Lecco where we had several meals. Lots of selections for breakfast in the hotel. Free parking.

The accommodation is a very beautiful house renovated with great care, featuring several apartments located slightly above the tourist center. The location is about 20 minutes on foot from the lake promenade, but situated very quietly. You cannot drive directly to the accommodation, which makes it all the more peaceful as there is no traffic noise. Several public parking spaces are at most 5 minutes away on foot. The accommodation has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit with friends in the evening and enjoy one of the good wines offered by the bistro. In the bistro itself, you can also enjoy small snacks and very good espresso during the day. The breakfast is put together with great care and many organic products and homemade cakes are offered. The Passer team around the owner Alessandro is extremely helpful and has many tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back!

Our host was able to reserve a parking spot for us directly in front of the house. Everything was spotless and super clean. We had two bottles of water waiting for us which was perfect after long flights to MXP. The location is close to Lake Como and many sights to explore. Great price value for the quality and location of booking.

Superb excellent location, about 7 minutes from the Como train station and near the ferry station. Host is friendly and easy to be contacted . Property is really clean and new . Below the property there are a super nice restaurant, Oysteria Del Gallo, so when you make the booking with this air b n b, remember to make the reservation from the restaurant too cos they normally take booking only. The Gel lab one minute away is also worth to try, very delicious and cheapest I think .
