The hotel's location, the staff's attitude, and their helpfulness were all excellent. Everything was even better than we imagined. The cleanliness of the rooms, the prompt fulfillment of our requests, the recommendations for places to visit in Rome, and they even organized a free tour on the day we visited—but we couldn't join because we had already made other plans.
