The hotel's design was meticulous, making our stay with two young infants a breeze. Furthermore, a well-equipped supermarket in the vicinity added convenience to our stay. The staff deserves special mention for their extraordinary service and dedication. The ample parking was a significant plus. We cannot wait to revisit and relive our fantastic experience.

The location is safe and close to other areas, the rooms are sooo clean and equipped with everything needed for tourism. The host is very friendly and welcoming, they even borrowed us a charger! There is a cafe under the apartment and its a safe place to stay. The room sizes are suitable. I recommend this apartment if I will come again to italy I would book it again!

Dieses Hotel – günstig gelegen im Bezirk Old Town – befindet sich 28 km von Die Gärten von Schloss Trauttmansdorff, 28 km von Touriseum Museum und 29 km von Maia Park entfernt. The staff were incredible. The Flix bus drops you at the Bolzano Sud station which is no where near the main station and there were no taxis around in the early evening. I could have taken the train to the next station, but was unfamiliar with the metro system so when I called the hotel, they called me a taxi. That was just the beginnng of a great experience that included allowing me a late check out with no charge due to a rainy day departure. Breakfast was really good, the building is so interesting architecturally and very well decorated, and the location is great.

Our room was in a pretty and well-restored city tower in the old town. Our room and the breakfast room were charmingly designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice at breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. There's a cozy cafe / bar downstairs, and a bus stop with buses to the train station right outside.
