The hotel is a quick 10min taxi away from the Hirosaki park & castle. The staff and owner were extremely kind to us, we would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

She even lent as snow boots for our winter hikes when she saw that our shoes was unsuitable for the snow. She was friendly and spoke English well. The rooms was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The onsen was big and well maintained. The breakfast and dinner was better than any restaurant we could find in hirosaki! Will definitely be back again :)

We requested two rooms and they placed our rooms close. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The public bath area is very nice and much appreciated. It was a wonderful stay.
