The hotel as well appointed as was our room. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and well worth it. We were offered a room upgrade that included access to the lounge and the breakfast. Hotel Randor Prestige is just a five minute walk from the Hiroshima train station. The rooms are very spacious with two double beds and a kitchenette area. The bathroom too is large with a big bathtub and shower area with Great shower pressure and hot water The washing machine was a welcome addition. They do not clean the room daily but we had no issues as we stayed only for two nights The rooms are clean with a nice big window which had efficient black out curtains. The mattress was a little on the harder side. Location was convenient just a minute from the tram station to take you to the sights of Hiroshima. A good hotel at the right price with lots of space.

They provide more than enough towels, toilet papers, napkins, toiletries, and other supplies. Really, there's nothing to complain about.

We had to check out before breakfast time and the kitchen prepared us an incredibly good Bento breakfast box including orange juice to go. All the staff is amazing and was the friendliest one we ever had in our long travel history. They even arranged an extra air port bus shuttle for us to be at the airport before the official shuttle service started. Thank you so much for your great job!

Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. The hotel features a public bath, a karaoke room and free WiFi at the lobby. Was amazing, the place, the surrounding, the diner, everything was amazing

A 3-minute stroll from Itsukushima Shrine, Miyajima Grand Hotel Arimoto boasts an outdoor hot spring bath. It offers luxurious Japanese-style and Western rooms and a free shuttle from Miyajima Pier. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Great location, close to Miyajima toori and omotesando shopping street. One of the hiking routes that leads up to mt Misen was also not far (as well as the way to the ropeway). The hotel had a shuttle bus to and from the ferry terminal with a friendly driver - this was very valuable for us, as we did not have to carry our luggages through the crowded streets. The dinner was great with lots of local specialities that we could try out.
