It was amazing couple of days in Hyatt Westlands. Visiting Nairobi wouldn't be full without this hotel. Roy at the reception was very helpful and kind and fast with any request. We had issues with Booking payment and we were able so solve it fast. I enjoyed the view and the food and I would be lucky if I come back.

Bonnie went to great lengths to ensure our comfort during our stay. He was especially helpful when some of my family members fell ill and even made sure to regularly check in on us. The apartment was very clean, well decorated and spacious, with good wifi, TV (and streaming services), washing machine, and kitchen facilities.
