The Museum of Fine Arts is 0.6 mi from Historico Central Hotel, while Zocalo Square is 550 m We arrived at 2am to the hotel and were received with a warm welcome and even offered snacks and refreshments. The room was spacious, and they even left a welcoming note (very cute). The entire staff is excepcional, you feel cared for every day. Would definitely stay again. Also, you're a few blocks away from the main plaza and important places of Ciudad de México so you can walk. If you have a car, the valets are also excellent.

Mexico City Hostel has a shared kitchen that all guests are entitled to use. Within a 500 metres radius, guests will find a variety of food options, mostly local Mexican dishes. Of course, the location is great, only half a block from the Zocalo. I had the best shower I've had in for as long as I can remember! The kitchen is one of the best I've seen in a hostel. The whole hostel is really clean. Our private room was good. Large. We didn't have windows, although there was a skylight.
